Day 4 - Aubenas to La Bastide

50 miles and 5300 ft of climbing. As it turned out most of the climbing was in one big hill up the the source of the Ardeche river. We had lunch at the top of the pas and then a fairly difficult run to La Bastide. Everyone today was ready to stop!
